FitOut Post is an independent intelligence platform dedicated to the global interior fit-out industry — the $290bn sector that transforms shells into workplaces, hotels, retail stores, hospitals, and hospitality spaces.

Our mission

The fit-out industry is fragmented, multilingual, and badly served by generalist construction media. A hotel interior project in Riyadh, a commercial tenant improvement in Chicago, and a retail rollout in Tokyo share the same supply chain dynamics — but nobody was connecting those dots globally.

FitOut Post aggregates news, tenders, and project pipeline signals from every continent into a single, structured feed — updated every day before 08:00 — so that contractors, designers, developers, suppliers, and investors can find the intelligence they need without the noise.

FitOut Post aggregates from over 200 identified sources including: trade press (FX, Sleeper, FRAME, Mixology News, Hospitality Design, Contract Journal), Google News in 14 languages, TED European procurement database, national e-procurement portals, company press releases, LinkedIn announcements, and project award databases.

Data is refreshed daily. The platform is built on a static architecture — every page is pre-built from JSON data files — ensuring fast, reliable delivery without server infrastructure.
